Join your neighbors for the Green Streets Clean-Up Day, an opportunity to give back to your community by tidying up high-traffic areas, parks, and the Alley A Rain Garden. Whether you’re looking for a family-friendly volunteer activity or want to tackle high-traffic zones, every pair of hands makes a difference!
🛠️ How It Works:
✅ 1. Sign Up: Register in advance to help organizers ensure there are enough supplies and volunteers, and select the areas around Aspinwall, including Allegheny RiverTrail Park, that you’ll clean up.
✅ 2. Pick Up Supplies: On April 26, grab your vest, gloves, and trash bags from our tent outside of the Aspinwall Borough Building.
✅ 3. Clean Up: Head out to your assigned area and start cleaning! Be sure to follow PA Department of Transportation safety guidelines.
✅ 4. Trash Drop-Off: Leave your filled bags at designated collection points or add them to your own trash can. Drop-off locations will be shared the day of the event.
